● Relevant experience in a similar role (RPO/MSP/Recruitment/Sourcing).

● Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment for medical sales representatives across pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.

● Strong understanding of therapeutic areas, sales territory structures, and target candidate profiles in field sales.

● Must have Stake-holder Management exp.

● Experience in hiring Medical representatives.

● Very good to have experience in hiring Medical representatives for Respiratory & vaccines.

● 4+ years experience in the recruiting and staffing industry is preferable.

● Stakeholder management on Operational management level.

● Consulting and advising clients in RPO or MSP solutions.

● client relationship building with Department heads and HR directors.

● Demonstrated track record of understanding clients needs and translating those into effective Talent acquisition strategies.
