Job Description

Location: Ahmedabad, India

Work Setup: Hybrid (2–3 days/week in office)

Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting global hiring efforts. This is a recruitment support-focused position, ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, and working behind the scenes to create a seamless candidate experience.

You'll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers across different regions, helping keep the hiring process efficient, structured, and candidate-friendly.

What You'll Be Doing

Own the coordination behind great hiring experiences:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across global teams, managing calendars and logistics end-to-end
  • Ensure candidates and interviewers have all the details they need for a smooth process

Be the go-to for candidate communication:

  • Keep candidates informed with timely updates, confirmations, and reminders
  • Help create a positive and professional candidate journey

Keep recruitment operations running smoothly:

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
  • Prepare interview materials and support documentation
  • Assist with reference checks and background verification

Support the full recruitment process:

  • Track candidates across hiring stages and ensure timelines are met
  • Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and onboarding teams globally
  • Assist with job postings on platforms like LinkedIn, JobStreet, and social media

Contribute to recruitment excellence:

  • Format and brand CVs to client standards
  • Conduct market research and salary benchmarking
  • Track referral pipelines and support hiring initiatives

Provide additional support where needed:

  • Assist with onboarding and basic IT readiness checks for new hires
  • Handle ad hoc recruitment and operational tasks

Must have skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with global teams across multiple time zones
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn recruitment tools and systems
  • Experience with ATS/CRM tools (e.g., JobAdder, HubSpot) is a plus
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and social media platforms
  • Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Willing to work 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST shift

Nice to Have skills

  • Experience in recruitment agencies or outsourcing environments
  • Exposure to international hiring
  • Familiarity with global job portals and sourcing platforms
