Recruitment Account Manager

We're hiring an Account Manager in Bangalore!

5+ years | Full-Time

What you'll own:

Revenue generation and account P&L

Account mining and business expansion

Attendance and timesheet management

Client relationships, escalations and onboarding

Hiring fulfilment with recruitment teams, plus metrics and compliance reporting

What you bring:

5+ years in staffing, recruitment or RPO, with proven revenue and P&L ownership

A track record in account mining and client growth

Strong grip on attendance and timesheet processes

Knowledge of staffing operations and labour laws

Comfort with ATS, CRM tools and MS Office
