We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage key client accounts, drive full time staffing fulfilment, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen client relationships
- Coordinate with recruitment teams for timely hiring fulfilment
- Handle client requirements, escalations, and onboarding processes
- Identify account growth and business expansion opportunities
- Track hiring metrics, reporting, and compliance activities
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Full-Time Employment staffing/recruitment and Recruitment Process Outsourcing
- Strong client management and stakeholder handling skills
- Good understanding of staffing operations and labour laws
- Experience with ATS, CRM tools, and MS Office
