Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in US Staffing with IT + NON-IT.
- Excellent team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Ability to meet planned and unplanned deadlines.
- Great attitude, passion, and drive to be a perfectionist.
- High-energy and competitive nature that seeks results and personal accountability.
Role and responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 46 recruiters.
- Strong hands-on delivery experience across US IT technologies.
- Proven exposure to VMS/MSP environments.
- Experience supporting Utility and Medical Device clients is preferred.
- This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on delivery and team mentoring.
