Job Profile
- Effectively lead and manage a team of recruiters.
- Manage the complete recruitment process for all divisions.
- Use different methods like job portals, networking, referrals, and targeted company research to find candidates for current and future needs.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to create job profiles and understand their requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage Internal Job Postings.
- Post job openings on job boards, social media, company career sites, and other relevant channels.
- Achieve team goals that support the annual business plan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with approved vendors.
- Meet with vendors to evaluate their services, negotiate prices, and address any issues.
- Negotiate salaries, benefits with candidates and also responsible for releasing offer letter.
- Manage walk-in recruitment & campus drives independently.
- Prepare and share regular Recruitment-related reports.
Candidate Profile
- Should have strong leadership skills to manage a team of recruiters.
- Should be experienced in end-to-end recruitment across multiple divisions.
- Should be skilled in negotiating salaries, benefits, and releasing offer letters independently.
- Should prepare timely and accurate recruitment analytics and reports.
