What would you do Job Summary This role will be a player / coach position responsible for Client Professional Hiring Activities for various professional job profiles and in line with the client's professional recruiting process. This job involves connecting with regional Hiring Managers while ensuring all the service levels are met along with high levels of customer satisfaction for client stakeholders. Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Hiring Managers and Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs)
  • Gains clarity on hiring demand fulfillment priorities and receives requisitions for job profiles.
  • Understands past sourcing channels, start date schedules and local resource support required to quickly fill positions
  • Understands current client branding strategies and deploys them consistently across locations
  • Demand Posting - Uses vendor as directed by the client to automatically post the job requisition to analyzed channels that are most effective and from within the client s organization
  • Leverages analytics apps insights from the Accenture Talent Supply Demand and Analytics teams to more effectively source and advise the client s Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE)
  • Manage the various aspects of the recruitment process like sourcing, processing exceptions (e.g. verbal offers where required, informational interview accommodations or scheduling).
  • Disposition candidates throughout the process when not automated and ensures the completion of onboarding forms and background checks
  • Achieve Service Levels - Ensures we are meeting required Service Levels.
  • Operates within and achieves monthly demand fulfillment targets across client operation locations
  • Quality Customer Satisfaction - Ensures that the client Hiring Managers complete their requisitions and required approvals to enable optimum levels of productivity, quality and capacity utilization
  • Automation Monitoring and Continuous Improvement - Ensures candidates are progressing rapidly through the automated hiring process
  • Brainstorms and highlights continuous improvement ideas Operational Skills: 1.Conduct market benchmarking & trend scouting on technology and function 2. Recruiting performance management 3. Provide standard operational and management reporting 4. Reporting on deliverables 5. Recommendation, application & provider steering posting channels 6. Conduct intake session with Hiring Manager 7. Manage job requisition 8. Manage Non-advertisement Request (NAA) 9. Post job vacancy (in adequate channels) 10. Organize events to promote job vacancies What are we looking for 11. Extend, adapt or unpost job posting 12. Decide on social and active sourcing 13. Manage candidate relationship 14. Administrate candidates 15. Manage, invite for and screen assessments 16. Decline candidates 17. Match close fit candidates to talent networks 18. Obtain candidate permission & documents for checks 19. Conduct candidate checks 20. Conclude candidate checks 21. Provide new hire advice and support 22. Create job offer 23. Works council approval 24. Create contract for new hire 25. Sign and archive contract for new hire 26. Create / change employee account in system 27. Close job requisition 28. Initiate onboarding 29. Verify Day 1 Readiness Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of recruiting work experience Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree with a specialization in HR
