About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Operations Manager to oversee and streamline end-to-end recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale recruitment teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring process adherence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the recruitment team, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality of delivery.
- Develop and implement recruitment processes, performance metrics, and best practices across teams.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Drive data-backed decision-making by analyzing key recruitment metrics (TAT, source efficiency, conversion ratios, etc.).
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance, and client satisfaction standards.
- Identify gaps, propose process improvements, and implement automation or workflow tools for better efficiency.
- Coach and mentor team leads and recruiters to enhance performance and accountability.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in recruitment operations
- Proven experience managing large teams and scaling recruitment processes.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, hiring funnels, and recruitment metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment.
