Claidroid Technologies is hiring an experienced Manager – Recruitment Operations to lead end-to-end recruitment delivery in a shared services environment for a leading enterprise client.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in recruitment operations, shared services delivery, people management, stakeholder engagement, governance, SuccessFactors RCM, Phenom, process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and scaling recruitment operations across supported entities, covering the complete hiring lifecycle from requisition to offer and pre-boarding handoff.

The role requires strong operational leadership, stakeholder management, governance orientation, and the ability to drive service quality, standardisation, productivity, and transformation within a recruitment shared services model.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment operations across supported business entities.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from requisition management to offer and pre-boarding handoff.
• Act as an operational SME for SuccessFactors Recruitment Management / RCM.
• Leverage Phenom to support candidate experience, talent attraction, and CRM workflows.
• Drive standardisation, automation, continuous improvement, and productivity initiatives across recruitment operations.
• Support transitions, scope expansions, and new customer / country onboarding.
• Serve as the key interface for TA leaders, HR, and business stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, escalations, service improvements, and delivery governance.
• Lead and develop recruitment operations teams, including capacity planning, productivity, capability building, engagement, and performance management.
• Establish strong operational governance, including SOPs, reporting, controls, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Ensure recruitment delivery meets required SLA, TAT, quality, and compliance standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Proven experience leading recruitment operations teams in a shared services setup.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer / pre-boarding.
• Hands-on exposure to SuccessFactors RCM and recruitment technology platforms.
• Experience using Phenom for candidate experience, talent attraction, and CRM workflows.
• Strong background in TA operations, HR stakeholder management, governance, reporting, and service delivery.
• Experience in transitions, service stabilisation, scope expansion, and onboarding of new entities / geographies.
• Ability to manage SLA, TAT, quality, compliance, productivity, and audit readiness.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, people management, and delivery ownership mindset.
• Open to working from Trivandrum.
