About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiting Operations Lead to drive efficiency, scalability, and excellence across our talent acquisition function. This role will play a critical part in optimizing recruiting processes and delivering a seamless candidate experience from application through offer acceptance.
What You'll Do
- Lead and optimize end-to-end recruiting operations.
- Ensure effective controls are in place and drive a culture of compliance for the TA function.
- Establish and drive best practices for data integrity.
- Identify and implement improvements to coordination processes, focusing on efficiency, candidate experience and compliance.
- Leverage data and analytics to provide insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Enhance and manage recruiting systems to streamline workflows.
- Manage the Agency Preferred Supplier List and invoicing process.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiting operations professionals.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and financial services regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 10–15 years of experience in recruiting operations, talent acquisition, or HR operations
- Background in financial services (banking, insurance, asset management, etc.) preferred.
- Proven ability to improve processes, drive efficiency, and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using recruiting metrics to inform decisions.
- Experience working in complex, fast-paced, or global organizations.
