We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern/Trainee interested in building a career in Technical

Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Assist with technical and non-technical hiring.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate trackers.
• Support the recruitment team in the end-to-end hiring process.

Requirements

• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of recruitment experience.
• Basic exposure to technical recruitment preferred.
• Good communication and sourcing skills.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and willingness to learn.
