Role: Recruiter Intern / HR Intern
Location: Mumbai, Lower Parel
Duration: 6 months (with potential for full-time conversion)
Working Days: Monday Friday (Weekends off)
Eligibility & Skills Required
- Graduate or final-year student in HR, Business, or related field.
- Available for a 6-month internship with interest in a full-time HR/Recruiter role.
- Preferably has interned as a recruiter in an advertising/digital-first agency or relevant industry.
- Basic understanding of candidate sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.
- Comfortable working from Lower Parel, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing and outreach via LinkedIn, job portals, and emails.
- Assist in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Help build and maintain candidate pipelines for creative, design, and account management roles.
- Learn to evaluate creative portfolios and understand role requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and reports.
