Job Title- HR Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern

Location- Noida (WFO)

Duration- 4 to 6 months

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team across the hiring lifecycle. You will get hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and building a strong candidate experience, while learning how a modern TA function operates.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed), social media, and referrals
• Draft and publish job postings across relevant platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screening calls
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS and tracking sheets
• Follow up with candidates on interview feedback, offers, and joining formalities
• Support employer branding activities and campus or walk-in drives
• Prepare weekly recruitment reports and dashboards
• Assist with onboarding and documentation of new hires

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
