Key Responsibilities:

* Source and screen candidates for US-based IT requirements

* Post job openings on various job portals like LinkedIn, Monster, Dice,

etc.

* Understand basic job requirements and assist in candidate matching

* Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews

* Maintain candidate database and follow-ups

* Support the recruitment team in daily hiring activities

Requirements:

* Excellent English communication skills (Top-notch English required)

* Comfortable working in night shifts (US Shift)

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet usage

* Interest in HR / Recruitment domain

* Quick learner with a positive attitude
