Recruiting & People Management Specialist (m/f/d) - 100% remote
Your Mission:
Your role involves reviewing, refining, and upgrading deep excavation and temporary works designs to a professional standard suitable for internal engineering review and client presentation.
You will support the development of technically sound solutions for complex excavation systems, including slope stabilization, internal ramp planning, and Berlin-type shoring concepts. The focus is on transforming basic or incomplete design concepts into detailed, constructible, and professional engineering deliverables.
Your daily tasks:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Partner with hiring managers to define job roles, requirements, and expectations.
- Post vacancies on the company website, social media and relevant job boards.
- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates via LinkedIn, professional networks, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate full interview processes.
- Collect feedback from interviewers and ensure fair and consistent evaluations.
- Manage the onboarding process in collaboration with HR, IT, and relevant departments.
- Maintain regular contact with new hires during their integration phase.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and performance reports to management.
2. People & Performance Management
- Collaborate with departments to develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with HR policies.
- Ensure accessibility and consistency of SOPs across the organization.
- Conduct internal spot checks to ensure compliance and identify improvement areas.
- Work with department heads to compile and finalize progress presentations for senior management.
- Coordinate team availability and facilitate cross-departmental meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Support the implementation of performance management frameworks and employee development initiatives.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on Recruiting and People management.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, HR processes and employee engagement.
- Proficiency with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong understanding of HR SOPs and performance evaluation systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Fluent in English language skills are a strong advantage.
