This role is responsible for driving end-to-end sourcing, evaluating, selecting candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and staffing team's daily operations across while ensuring alignment with organization goals. The role leads the attainment of hiring goals within their sub-region, including time-to-fill, cost per hire, diversity targets, and satisfaction metrics. The role manages interview schedules, communicates effectively, organizes interview spaces, arranges travel, supports pre-screening, analyzes recruiting metrics, enhances employer branding, and ensures compliance while developing specialized expertise in recruitment functions.
Responsibilities
Drives achievement of the hiring targets for their sub-region, including time to fill, cost per hire, university hiring, diversity goals, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
Assists in the beginning-to-end staffing process within the sub-region; supports implementation of sourcing strategies, screens candidates, provides a short list of candidates, coordinates interviews, creates offer letters, and facilitates relocation.
Coordinates interview schedules using the information provided by recruiters and gathers applicant and interviewers availability through email, phone, and calendar interactions with all parties, including the enterprise administrative support team.
Provides clear and accurate written communication to applicants, leaders, and recruiters—utilizing technology throughout the scheduling process.
Arranges a reserved interview space for interviews, which could include working with corporate hospitality, and coordinates applicant travel for interviews, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
Works with senior recruiters and hiring managers to identify talent requirements, personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills required to fill vacant positions.
Assists with thorough prescreening of candidates against requirements of the search and makes recommendations to hiring managers.
Analyzes recruiting metrics and strategies to recommend changes as appropriate, to create a more streamlined and efficient hiring process.
Participates in employer branding efforts to promote the organization as an employer of choice and attract top talent and ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations, throughout the recruitment process.
Develops expertise in one or more of the key areas within staffing and recruiting.
Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
