Hiring: Bulk / Mass Hiring Recruiter (Remote)
- We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Bulk Hiring Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
- Must have hands-on experience in Bulk / Mass / Volume Hiring
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment process
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills
- Must be successful in connecting with bulk candidates and converting them into submissions
- Proven track record of target achievement in recruitment
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
