Timing: Monday - Friday - 8 PM to 5 AM IST

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter with 6 months – 2 years of experience in USA Non-IT and Legal Recruitment to join our growing recruitment team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, qualifying, and coordinating candidates for U.S.-based clients. Experience recruiting attorneys, paralegals, legal professionals, and other non-IT positions will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
• Recruit for USA Non-IT and Legal positions.
• Understand client job descriptions and identify the key skills, experience, and qualifications required.
• Conduct candidate outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Track candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, and hiring status.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate information in the ATS/database.
• Meet individual and team recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Work closely with Account Managers and the recruitment team to understand client needs and hiring priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 Months – 2 Years of experience in USA Non-IT Recruitment and/or Legal Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. recruitment process.
• Experience with candidate sourcing and screening.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and evaluate resumes effectively.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn and other online sourcing platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
