• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri & other platforms
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Handle candidate communication and follow-ups
• Work closely with hiring managers for hiring requirements
• Maintain recruitment trackers and databases
• Support onboarding and joining formalities

• 1–3 years of recruitment/HR hiring experience
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Familiarity with hiring portals and sourcing strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-growing environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
