Job Title: Recruiter
Job Summary
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our RPO team and support hiring activities for our clients. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting client hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes and screen candidates against job requirements.
Conduct initial phone or virtual interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring teams.
Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Communicate regularly with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to support hiring objectives.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, customer service, or sales.
Experience working in an RPO, staffing agency, or high-volume hiring environment is an advantage.
