We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of job boards and social media recruiting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
