Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Source and screen candidates through job portals
- Make screening and follow-up calls to candidates
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain candidate trackers and call logs using MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Support campus recruitment drives and student outreach
