Role & Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles including senior-level positions in Core Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Sourcing & Talent Mapping
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
- Maintain strong understanding of market trends and competitor landscape to inform sourcing strategies.
Process Optimization & Metrics
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and diversity hiring ratios.
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes and implement innovative, cost-efficient sourcing models.
Pipeline & Stakeholder Management
- Manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline (2530 roles at a time) ensuring speed, quality, and candidate fit.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and candidates.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives through targeted sourcing strategies.
