Roles Responsibilities
2 -6 Years of experience is required.
- Sourcing CVs for various industries from Naukri, Shine portal for Third Party/Deputation.
- Understanding client requirement and sourcing CVs accordingly.
- Co-ordination interviews with candidates.
- Negotiating salary with the candidates.
- Handling documentation and on boarding of the selected candidates.
- Co-ordination timesheets every month with the candidates.
- Handling candidate grievances and resolving them.
