Role Description This is a full-time, remote Recruiter role focused on target-based hiring, ideally with experience in consultancy environments. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating selection processes with clients. The role involves building and maintaining pipelines for various profiles, aligning candidate profiles with client requirements, and meeting defined placement and performance targets. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with clients to understand role specifications, provide regular hiring updates, and ensure a positive experience for both candidates and client stakeholders. Daily activities also include maintaining accurate records in recruitment systems, preparing reports on hiring progress, and contributing to continuous improvement of sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and end-to-end recruitment management.
- Experience working in consultancy or agency-based recruitment with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed hiring targets.
- Proficiency in using job portals, professional networks, social media platforms, and ATS or CRM tools for candidate search and pipeline management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates, coordinate with clients, and negotiate offers professionally.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines in a remote setting.
- Understanding of basic HR practices, hiring compliance, and professional ethics within recruitment processes.
- Prior experience recruiting for marketing, digital, or corporate roles is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
