Position Mission:
The Senior Recruiter NHC is responsible for identifying and placing top talent by effectively managing the recruitment process, maintaining candidate relationships, and ensuring alignment with client needs. The role requires strong screening, research, and client-handling skills to drive successful hiring outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Source, Screen, Interview and evaluate candidate
Foster long-term relationships with candidates.
Review and understand job requirements.
Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met.
Format Resumes meeting client expectations
Research new technologies.
Maintaining database
Prepare and send daily Recruiting report to Team Manager.
Client Handling
Handling conference calls
Essential Functions:
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates.
Review job requirements and match applicants accordingly.
Format resumes to align with client expectations.
Conduct market research on new technologies.
Qualifications, Experience & Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
1+ Years in International recruitment Years.
Strong candidate sourcing and screening expertise.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand and match job requirements effectively.
Proficiency in resume formatting and client coordination.
Research skills to stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
Database management and reporting skills.
Experience in handling client interactions and conference calls.
