Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Job Description-

Join our team in Noida, Sector-63, as part of our End-to-End Recruitment team. This role provides exposure to the complete hiring lifecycle along with strong learning, growth, and incentive opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media platforms, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic assessments
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Manage the entire recruitment cycle including offer negotiation, joining formalities, and onboarding
• Maintain and update the candidate database and track hiring metrics
• Provide regular reports on recruitment status

Skills Required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace)
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn recruitment tools and processes
