Role Overview
This is a team-leading, people manager role responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery, revenue generation, client management, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of recruiters.
- Drive hiring metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, revenue per hire.
- Ensure target closures and team performance.
Recruitment & Delivery
- Own revenue generation and delivery for assigned mandates.
- Create JDs, source candidates through multiple channels, and conduct screening.
- Manage recruiter productivity and recruitment quality checks.
- Handle negotiation, candidate fitment assessment, and end-to-end hiring.
- Build sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and lead generation.
Client Relationship & Key Account Management
- Manage key clients, understand hiring needs, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Present shortlisted candidates and maintain strong client relationships.
- Plan monthly revenue and meet client-wise targets.
Operations
- Maintain updated reports, trackers, and MIS.
- Follow all recruitment processes with full transparency.
- Strategize to scale team performance and hiring output.
- Build team capability and reduce hiring cycle time.
Candidate Profile
- 36 years of experience in recruitment, with team handling exposure.
- Strong background in consulting and revenue generation.
- Expertise in IT/Non-IT hiring, sourcing tools, ATS, and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and time-management abilities
