Recruiter Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter Specialist. The Recruiter Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various roles within the organization. The Specialist will maintain effective communication with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and perform strategic planning for long-term staffing strategies. Additionally, they will build strong talent pipelines, coordinate onboarding processes, and execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract a diverse and qualified candidate pool.

Qualifications

• Talent sourcing, screening, and candidate relationship management skills
• Knowledge of recruitment marketing, employer branding, and strategic workforce planning
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is preferred
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar field
