Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Recruitment
• Source candidates and trainers through job portals, LinkedIn, references and other channels
• Screen profiles, conduct initial calls and coordinate interviews
• Maintain the candidate database and ensure regular follow-ups
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets
Client Sourcing
• Identify and connect with companies that have hiring or training requirements
• Source HR/TA contacts and generate new client opportunities
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team
• Build and maintain relationships with companies for repeat business
• Follow up with prospects and support client onboarding
