Job Description:
Position Summary:
As a US Recruiter at Shivansh Outsourcing, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc. to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Assess candidates skills, competencies, and cultural fit with clients organizations.
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and facilitate the negotiation process.
- Assist in the onboarding process, including background checks and necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, talent availability, and competitive landscape.
- Ensure all recruitment processes comply with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in BPO.
- 6 months to 4 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in an US staffing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
