Role: Recruiter

Location: South Mumbai 

Experience: minimum 1 years experience.

What you’ll do:

✅ Source, screen, and onboard top talent

✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes

✅ Build relationships with candidates and industry professionals

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Achieve weekly targets for calls and emails

Qualifications

• Bachelor&aposs degree
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion
