Phoenix Assurance Pvt Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team in Ahmedabad!

Location: 1005–1006, 10th Floor, Shilp Zaveri Building, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 per month

Role Overview:

We're seeking a proactive professional who can manage end-to-end Core Recruitment while also supporting HR Operations activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines

Assist with HR Operations tasks – documentation, attendance, and employee records

Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports

Support HR generalist activities as needed

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in Core Recruitment (Operations exposure preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools/portals

Ability to multitask and manage HR operations alongside hiring
