Role: Talent Partner / Recruiter (2–5 Years Experience)

We are building MioSalon, a global SaaS platform powering salons, spas, and wellness businesses across 20+ countries. We are a 30-member team, founder-driven, and focused on building a high-quality product and team.
We are looking for a Recruiter who thinks like a Talent Partner, not just someone who closes positions.
What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end hiring across functions (Engineering, Sales, Support, Marketing, Product, etc.)
- Identify and attract high-quality candidates aligned with startup culture
- Work closely with founders to understand hiring expectations and refine candidate quality
- Build sourcing strategies beyond job portals (referrals, outbound, niche communities)
- Continuously improve hiring quality through feedback loops
What We Are Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment (product/startup hiring preferred)
- Strong ability to assess candidate quality beyond resumes
- High ownership and ability to work in an unstructured environment
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills
- Strong bias for quality over quantity
What We Are NOT Looking For
- Process-heavy HR profiles
- Candidates focused only on volume hiring
- Dependency on structured environments or predefined systems

Qualifications
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for candidate engagement and collaboration with hiring managers.
- Understanding of talent acquisition strategies and talent pool development.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Prior experience in recruiting for tech or SaaS companies is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
