What You Do

The Early Careers Recruiter plays a critical role in building a strong pipeline of earlytalent across Intern, Apprentice, and Graduate hiring programs. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering endtoend hiring cycles while partnering closely with universities, training partners, and internal stakeholders. This role involves leveraging Koch's recruiting tools, technology investments, and standardized processes to create seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

You will collaborate closely with HR partners, hiring teams to understand capability needs, drive selection processes, and support onboarding journeys that set earlycareer talent up for success. You will also contribute to initiatives that strengthen Koch's visibility and talent brand across campuses.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Proven experience managing internship, apprentice, and graduate hiring cycles across India for both technical and nontechnical roles. Strong understanding of earlycareer recruitment metrics, campus engagement best practices, and university partnerships. Strong data management, metrics reporting, and spreadsheet proficiency.
  • Campus engagement program management and execution, leading workshops, hackathons, guest lectures and engagement initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy, quality, strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in ATS platforms and datadriven recruiting practices, including pipeline management, reporting, and insightsbased decisionmaking.

What Will Put You Ahead


  • End-to-End Campus Hiring Cycles: Plan and execute full recruitment cycles for Interns, Apprentices, Graduate Trainees, and Campus FTEs, ensuring seamless scheduling, assessments, interviews, and offer rollout.
  • Manage Assessment, Selection & Onboarding Workflows: Coordinate offline and oncampus assessment processes, behaviourbased interviews, and postselection activities, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for all early career hires.
  • Drive Engagement & Early Talent Program Management: Plan and execute engagement initiatives, including preonboarding connects, post offer engagement, university engagements, training coordination, and conversionrelated activities to strengthen the early talent experience.
  • Own Data, Reporting & Market Intelligence: Manage dashboards, metrics, and analytics for EC programs, providing insights on pipeline health, market trends, hiring forecasts, and performance indicators.
  • Build & Strengthen Institute Partnerships: Develop strategic relationships with universities, training partners, and TPOs to create a strong and sustainable campus portfolio and enhance Koch's presence on key campuses.
  • Develop Talent Pipelines & Lead Offline Interview Events: Create proactive pipelines through events, job fairs, college touchpoints, and vendor partnerships to ensure a continuous flow of qualified early talent.
  • Influence Stakeholders with Strong Communication: Present insights, recommendations, and hiring proposals clearly to nontechnical stakeholders; support decisionmaking through data-backed narratives.
  • Deliver a Differentiated Early Talent Experience: Ensure exceptional experience for interns, trainees, apprentices a graduate hire by building trust, offering transparency, and promoting Koch authentically in competitive markets.
