2. Unconventional Sourcing
You are a master of outbound talent acquisition. You move beyond standard job portals and LinkedIn, using X-ray searching, Boolean strings, and social engineering to find top-tier professionals who aren't looking to be found.
3. High-Velocity Flow
You operate at a high cadence, maintaining the stamina to handle enormous volumes of candidate interactions without compromising on quality. You are responsible for generating a massive, high-quality candidate flow at lightning speed.
