This is a remote role for a full-time Recruiter IT position. The Recruiter IT will manage the full-life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical and IT-related roles. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to identify role requirements, developing job descriptions, implementing effective recruitment strategies, and maintaining talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs. The Recruiter IT will also ensure a seamless candidate experience and support diversity hiring initiatives.

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Expertise in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting strategies
• Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting for technical and specialized roles
• Ability to build and manage talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology tools
• Familiarity with workforce diversity and inclusion hiring practices is a plus
• Knowledge of IT industry trends and technical roles is preferred
