Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from manpower requisition.
  • Understand position requirements through discussions with hiring managers.
  • Prepare and publish job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms.
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, databases, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate technical and managerial interviews with stakeholders.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification coordination.
  • Manage offer roll-out, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
  • Track offer acceptance and candidate joining status.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment MIS reports.
  • Ensure timely closure of vacancies within defined TAT.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and consultants when required.

Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate records.
  • Generate recruitment reports such as TAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.
  • Support onboarding activities and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
  • 6-10 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
