Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both IT and Non-IT roles across multiple industries.
Understand client requirements (JDs) in detail and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), internal database, references, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Conduct initial HR interviews/telephonic discussions to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback and ensure smooth interview process.
Negotiate salary and handle offer discussions to ensure successful closures.
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers regularly.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
Ensure quick turnaround time and meet hiring targets/deadlines.
Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates for long-term engagement.
Stay updated with industry trends, hiring practices, and talent availability.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
