Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Recruiter Internship role at Star Fing. The Recruiter Intern will support the talent acquisition process by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles. Responsibilities include posting job listings, reaching out to potential candidates, coordinating interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, and assisting with recruitment strategies. The intern will collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job posting platforms
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple recruitment tasks effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates professionally
• Basic knowledge of the financial and stock trading industry is a plus
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to identify the best candidates for open roles
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, exhibiting self-motivation and accountability
