Job Title: Recruiter Intern (WFH)

About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. This is a remote opportunity ideal for students or recent graduates interested in building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers
- Post job openings on various platforms
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback
- Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. is an advantage
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Good organizational and time management skills
