Roles & Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals such as LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Screen resumes based on job requirements.
• Contact candidates and explain job opportunities.
• Conduct initial candidate screening.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Assist in job postings and recruitment activities.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.
