Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sourcing expertise, and an eagerness to learn and use AI-powered recruitment tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
• Understand hiring requirements and support stakeholders effectively
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring pipelines
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
• Meet hiring targets in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (RPO/BPO/Staffing preferred)
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with ATS/recruitment tools
• Knowledge of AI tools and interest in AI-driven recruitment practices
