As we expand across India and key APAC markets—including China, Korea, Vietnam, and Southeast Asia—we're building a high-impact Talent Acquisition team to support our growth. About The Role

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting across diverse APAC geographies such as Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, and India—and understands the nuances of talent acquisition in different markets.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure across India and APAC regions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
  • Source, engage, and assess candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent communities, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Drive hiring for technical, product, design, business, and other functional roles.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Manage offer negotiations and candidate closures across different APAC markets.
  • Track hiring metrics, pipeline health, and recruitment effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring practices across APAC countries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve hiring processes.

Must-Have Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Proven hiring experience across India and at least 3 APAC countries.
  • Demonstrated experience hiring for multiple functions, including technical and non-technical roles.
  • Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent databases, and networking channels.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships across different geographies and time zones.
  • Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience handling multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring across Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, Australia, or Southeast Asian markets.
  • Experience in startup, high-growth, or technology-driven organizations.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
  • Experience building talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles
