About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable
Recruiter (full-time) in Pune to support the growth of our international team.
In this role, you will take ownership of the recruiting process across different locations and support the development of our hiring structures. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and play a key role in building structured HR processes and supporting our local teams.

Your role
- Managing the full recruiting cycle for our locations in India (from job posting to hiring)
- Preparing, conducting, and evaluating interviews
- Creating and publishing job advertisements
- Building and maintaining structured recruiting processes across locations
- Supporting the setup and development of HR processes and standards in India
- Handling general HR administrative tasks (e.g. documentation, onboarding support)
- Acting as a local HR contact for our teams in India
- Supporting recruiting projects and contributing to employer branding initiatives
Your profile
- At least 1–2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive and hands-on mindset
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Based in Pune
