Job Title: US Recruitment Executive
Location: Jaipur (Onsite)
Shift Timings : 6:30PM - 3:30AM (Mon - Fri)
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our US Recruitment team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with experience in BPO/KPO/Recruitment, who have strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates
- Maintain candidate records and follow up regularly
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers or candidates with BPO/KPO /Recruitment, experience are welcome
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
- Comfortable working in night shifts (US timings)
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus
- Immediate joiners preferred

- Good organisational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
