Recruiter
Join a high performing and best-in-class Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiter and help us drive end to end recruitment within a chemical manufacturing company. This is a Hybrid work arranement and will be 3 days WFO (work from office) and 2 days WFH. This role will give you the chance to work with a range of stakeholders and build strategic relationships with business counterparts and leaders.
You will play a pivotal role in providing expertise on end-to-end recruiting, partnering with your colleagues, and hiring managers to promote and educate others around the use of strategic sourcing methods and provide great candidate experience.
What you'll do:
- Deliver across the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle. Preferred to have background in volume recruitment and work in a fast - paced environment.
- Managing multiple stakeholders and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
- Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements
- Develop impeccable candidate experiences and drive brand engagement
- Build, nurture and grow your strategic talent pools
You'll be someone who can bring:
- Proven years of experience working in end-to-end recruitment, volume recruitment, talent mapping and talent pooling. Gained from either an RPO, internal, or executive search firm
- Experience recruiting in more fast paced environments, delivering high volume of candidates for pharmaceutical and commercial roles
- Expert level skills in active and passive candidate sourcing, utilizing multiple sourcing channels and approaches
- Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Recruit roles in IT - techno functional roles, and Non-IT roles in with background in finance, supply chain, HR and Operations
