Job Title:Recruiter – Hospitality Industry
Location: Aligarh Uttar Pradesh
Salary: 12,000 – 14,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for hotel and hospitality roles
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and WhatsApp groups
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure smooth joining
- Understand client hiring requirements and provide suitable profiles
- Handle bulk hiring for hotel staff such as chefs, waiters, housekeeping, front office, etc.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Interest in recruitment and hospitality industry preferred
