We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the field of recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the company culture.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including scheduling interviews and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
