Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required skills and qualifications for the position.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs of the team and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records of candidates and recruitment processes.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by communicating effectively and promptly with applicants.
